As my final project, I would like to create a web site designed to implement an accessible and effective format which will enable students with disabilities to access with ease. Also, this design will incorporate elements for teachers as well as parents which present various dynamic information and links critical to the needs of their students and children.
After surfing the web site available to special learners, it came to me that there is a great need for a web site that incorporates a multitude of offerings for this population and their advocates. Designing this web site will be a great challenge due to the mandated guidelines which require that effective content be accessible in which all learners have equal access to achieve the same content and learning environments.
